- Si el cliente anula entre 30 días y 21 días antes de la llegada: el 30 % de la totalidad de la estancia estará cargado sobre la tarjeta bancaria del cliente por el establecimiento.
- Si el cliente anula entre 20 días y 11 días anteriores: el 50 % de la totalidad de la estancia estará cargado sobre la tarjeta bancaria del cliente por el establecimiento
- Si el cliente anula entre 10 días y su día al punto: el 100 % de la totalidad de la estancia estará cargado sobre la tarjeta bancaria del cliente por el establecimiento.

Riad Awa is located in the south of the Marrakesh medina, in the Kasbah district.
So it is next to the Royal Palace, the Saadian Tombs, and it is situated near the Bahia and Badi palaces.
The owners, Martine and Henri, will welcome you in this contemporary place, made with all Moroccan handcrafted resources.

The guesthouse is composed of 6 bedrooms which are very different ones from the others, but all are equipped with : bathrobe, hairdryer, body products, reversible air-conditioner and wifi.

At the ground floor, you will be able to enjoy the Spa space composed of a hammam and a massage room.
The luminous patio opens onto a glassed-in dining room where you will be able to savour the sunny dishes of our cook.
At the first floor, the open lounge will allow you to relax in front of the sculpted concrete chimney after a bustling day in the souks.
At last the terrace, composed of 2 levels, will allow you, depending on the brightness, to enjoy the solarium space or the small tents admiring the Atlas Mountains and the storks.

Very welcoming, lovely staff and owners, beautiful rooms, great breakfast and dinner, but unfortunately some of us got cold water in the shower if too many people showered at the same time and the heating in a few rooms didnt work and it got quite cold, especially in the evenings.

The location was ideal and most places within walking distance. The staff were freindly and always available when required and are a credit to the riad. Breakfast was delicious and enjoyed on the terrace. The owner was very freindly and helpful and we felt very comfortable around the premises. The rooms were spacious and loved the decor and design. Would definitely reccommend to family and freinds and the whole experience was enjoyable and to the standard expected. Wonderful place, with brilliant staff and ideal location.

From the moment we arrived to the moment we left we enjoyed every second. Riad AWA was an Oasis of peace and tranquilty amongst the exuberant and lively streets of Marrakech. The service was amazing and friendly the staff always had a warm smile and the proprietor Henri was extremely helpful and attentive. I would definitely recommend this Riad to all my friends. The staff were very friendly throughout the entire trip. We arrived early and they dropped everything to get us a late breakfast and make our beds. The rooftop was brilliant, we had breakfast there everyday and made sure to take a dip in the sizeable pool. The location was about 10-15min walk from the medina, so a little bit further than I would have liked but I still chose Riad Awa as it had a discount of 25% for the days we went, which justified the longer walk than desired. I would highly recommend tRiad Awa to anyone wishing to experience Marrakesh.

Staff were very polite and helpful. The owners wife was great at making us feel at home and suggested places to visit. Would definitely fo back soon. A fridge in the room would be nice to store drinks as very little on offer in Riad if your just fancied a quick beer or snack. Will see you soon.
