Los riads marroquís deben cobrar dos tipos de tasas a sus clientes :
- Tasa de promoción turística : el importe de esta tasa depende de la categoría de la propiedad, entre 8 y 11 dirhams por persona y por noche. Esta tasa es cobrada por los riads e integralmente devuelta a la Oficina de Turismo de Marruecos.
Tasa de la ciudad : como los hoteles y restaurantes, los riads tienen ahora que colectar también la “tasa de la ciudad”. El importe de esta tasa es de 15 dirhams por persona (mayor que 12 años) y por noche.

Nestled inside the ramparts of the Marrakesh medina is an ancient palace that belonged to a noble aristocrat in the 17th century and was constructed in 1685. Completely renovated and decorated with the utmost respect of traditional Marrakechi architecture, this residence has preciously guarded its authenticity.
The Riad Sidi Ayoub invites guests to share an unforgettable Moroccan experience. Guests are welcomed in true Moroccan style with a mint tea. The riad is situated in the heart of the medina, in one of the most historical quarters, only 50m from the Sidi Ayoub square.
With occidental hospitality, the hosts propose five guest rooms and two suites, all of which are equipped with private bathrooms and salon areas. Rooms and suites are named after Moroccan dynasty periods and transport guests to another epoch.
Relax to the soothing sounds of the interior patio fountain. During the warmest hours of the day, you can refresh yourself in the traditional basin (pool) where you will enjoy the Jacuzzi jets. Treat yourself to the revitalizing effects of the hamamm or a traditional massage with essential oils.
A solarium rooftop terrace presents guests a 360 degree panoramic view of historical Marrakech, and the surrounding summits of the Atlas mountain range, the Koutoubia Minaret, the Grand Palmeraie and the Gueliz Mountains.
Lunch and dinner are available upon request and must be reserved before 0900. Clients ordering meals will be presented with a menu of traditional Moroccan plates such as couscous, tajine, pastille, etc. and the personnel will suggest additional plates depending on fresh market products, or you can order personalized meals. Guests are enjoy their meals on the patio, rooftop terrace or in the traditional Moroccan salon.

POLíTICA DE RESERVAS Y CANCELACIONES
Riad Sidi Ayoub factura al cliente vía su tarjeta bancaria de los gastos de anulación como sigue:
- Si el cliente anula entre 30 días y 21 días antes de la llegada: el 30 % de la totalidad de la estancia estará cargado sobre la tarjeta bancaria del cliente por el establecimiento.
- Si el cliente anula entre 20 días y 11 días anteriores: el 50 % de la totalidad de la estancia estará cargado sobre la tarjeta bancaria del cliente por el establecimiento
- Si el cliente anula entre 10 días y su día al punto: el 100 % de la totalidad de la estancia estará cargado sobre la tarjeta bancaria del cliente por el establecimiento.
