- Si el cliente anula entre 30 días y 21 días antes de la llegada: el 30 % de la totalidad de la estancia estará cargado sobre la tarjeta bancaria del cliente por el establecimiento.
- Si el cliente anula entre 20 días y 11 días anteriores: el 50 % de la totalidad de la estancia estará cargado sobre la tarjeta bancaria del cliente por el establecimiento
- Si el cliente anula entre 10 días y su día al punto: el 100 % de la totalidad de la estancia estará cargado sobre la tarjeta bancaria del cliente por el establecimiento.

The architecture of the Riad is quite unique, with nooks and crannies, terraces, alcoves and salons, ensuring an intimate, harmonious and restful ambiance for all our guests.
An oriental restaurant offering rich flavours of Moroccan cuisine awaits you on the ground floor, overlooking a large (100m2) and leafy Andalusian patio. Among the salons also bordering the patio is a comfortable salon with bar and open fire where you can have a drink in peaceful surroundings.
On the first floor you will find a reading room, and a skylight dome filling the room with amethyst glints – a perfect place to relax.
Upstairs, you will find a large tree-lined terrace on several levels with a solarium and an emerald swimming pool.
It’s the ideal place for breakfast or grills at the barbecue where you can enjoy the splendid view over the roofs of the old town.
After a day visiting the town or playing a few rounds of golf, you can relax in the tadelakt-walled hammam with amber filtered light from the vaulted ceiling.
A special treat for men: you can discover the delights of an old-fashioned shave expertly performed by our barber.

| I am rather frustrated that there is no EXCELLENT category, because the Riad Kalaa is off the charts in all departments! We stayed there both to start and to end our trip to Morocco. It is the most beautiful, relaxing place in which we had ever stayed, and the staff is so welcoming and efficient. Breakfast is a delicious way to start the day, and any help you need will be offered efficiently and courteously. We want to return! | ||

| Nous avions une chambre somptueuse à la décoration très recherchée donnant sur le patio intérieur; nous avons très bien diné au Riad mais un groupe extérieur de 20 personnes est passé à table à 22h ; le bruit fut intolérable et nous a empeché de dormir jusqu'à 2h du matin car ensuite le personnel a rangé et dressé les tables du petit déjeuner pour les hotes. Il me semble inadmissible qu'un riad puisse faire restaurant le soir pour des gens venant d'autres hotels... A l'arrivée, une personne vient nous chercher au parking mais au départ il n'y a personne pour nous y reconduire.... On n'a pas pu bénéficier de soins car il fallait reserver longtemps à l'avance et nous ne le savions pas. Lors du paiement par carte bancaire un supplément de 5% est appliqué (frais bancaires)mais ca devrait être signalé. | ||
