- Si el cliente anula entre 30 días y 21 días antes de la llegada: el 30 % de la totalidad de la estancia estará cargado sobre la tarjeta bancaria del cliente por el establecimiento.
- Si el cliente anula entre 20 días y 11 días anteriores: el 50 % de la totalidad de la estancia estará cargado sobre la tarjeta bancaria del cliente por el establecimiento
- Si el cliente anula entre 10 días y su día al punto: el 100 % de la totalidad de la estancia estará cargado sobre la tarjeta bancaria del cliente por el establecimiento.
The riad Anyssates is between the exciting section Bab Doukala and the Riad El Arouss and the city remparts.
The riad is ideally located between the souks, the famous *place Djema El Fna and the new city Guéliz with the taxis and guarded parking.
With large volume and huge 380 m2 superficies, the riad provides each host with intimacy and friend meeting facilities up to 20 with exclusive reservation.
To day the riad offers 4 rooms and extended terrace and space devoted to hammam and care services.
The bar Lounge is open to 2 galleries, one in front the swimming pool, the other opening on the garden. As well as our “Table dhôtes” and our fill hammam services.

| We had a great stay and the service was excellent..;-)) The area was looking quite bad since they was just digging upth streets so hard to say but could mayb been a little better area? I feel great everywhere but room mates I think would like some better area. We had to change room since it was something bad with the one we had booked and the Hammam got canselled because it didn´t work. That was kind of disipointing. This could have been compensated in some way. But I liked the Riad and the crew a lot and we had a great time..;-) I will be back for sure...;-) Heidi | ||
