In the heart of the Marrakech Medina, Eric and Olivier invite you to enjoy the treasures their riad has to offer. All the Moroccan craftworks are represented : zouaks, zelliges, sculpted plaster, tadelakt... assuring an authentic and unforgettable experience.
Upon your arrival, Mohamed (Momo) offers you a perfumed mint tea and the magic begins.
The water basin (splash pool) and the gentle music of the fountain invite you to relax and to refresh yourself during the warmer hours.
The junior suites are located on the second floor and are equipped with private bathrooms.
Eric and Olivier have even gone so far as to name the guest quarters with synonyms of the word "peace". But which to choose ? The Salam Suite(peace) and Raha Suite (relax) are situated on the ground floor and benefit from a patio access.
The Safa Suite (serenity) and Hana Suite(well being) are tempting because of their morning sunlight, and the Kaskina Suite (tranquility) may seduce you with it's fireplace.
The Halaoua (softness) is ideally situated on the terrace. Unlike the other rooms, this suite is decorated in a more contemporary and African style. The suite has one double bedroom and separate salon area and will make you believe you are living a scene from 1001 Arabian Nights.
Roundtrip airport transfers are complimentary for reservations of 7 nights or longer in a Junior Suite or Suite.

POLíTICA DE RESERVAS Y CANCELACIONES
Riad La Terrasse des Oliviers factura al cliente vía su tarjeta bancaria de los gastos de anulación como sigue:
- Anulacion antes de 31 dias : 20 € como gastos
- Si el cliente anula entre 30 días y 21 días antes de la llegada: el 30 % de la totalidad de la estancia estará cargado sobre la tarjeta bancaria del cliente por el establecimiento.
- Si el cliente anula entre 20 días y 11 días anteriores: el 50 % de la totalidad de la estancia estará cargado sobre la tarjeta bancaria del cliente por el establecimiento
- Si el cliente anula entre 10 días y su día al punto: el 100 % de la totalidad de la estancia estará cargado sobre la tarjeta bancaria del cliente por el establecimiento.
Temporada alta (Vacaciones de Navidad)
- Anulacion antes de 61 dias : el 30 % de la totalidad de la estancia estará cargado sobre la tarjeta bancaria del cliente por el establecimiento.
- Si el cliente anula entre 60 días y 31 días antes de la llegada: el 50 % de la totalidad de la estancia estará cargado sobre la tarjeta bancaria del cliente por el establecimiento.
- Si el cliente anula entre 30 días y 15 días anteriores: el 75 % de la totalidad de la estancia estará cargado sobre la tarjeta bancaria del cliente por el establecimiento
- Si el cliente anula entre 14 días y su día al punto: el 100 % de la totalidad de la estancia estará cargado sobre la tarjeta bancaria del cliente por el establecimiento.
