Riad Les Oudayas factura al cliente vía su tarjeta bancaria de los gastos de anulación como sigue:
- Si el cliente anula entre 30 días y 21 días antes de la llegada: el 30 % de la totalidad de la estancia estará cargado sobre la tarjeta bancaria del cliente por el establecimiento.
- Si el cliente anula entre 20 días y 11 días anteriores: el 50 % de la totalidad de la estancia estará cargado sobre la tarjeta bancaria del cliente por el establecimiento
- Si el cliente anula entre 10 días y su día al punto: el 100 % de la totalidad de la estancia estará cargado sobre la tarjeta bancaria del cliente por el establecimiento.
Riad Les Oudayas is composed of 5 suites :
- Kenza, this central suite located at the first floor can accommodate up to 4 people. It is equipped with one double bed and two single beds. This suite overlooks the patio. (+ 30 square meters).
- Asmae and Meriem, both of these suites located at the first floor can accommodate up to 3 people. There are equipped with one double bed and one single bed. Both of them have a private balcony-terrace overlooking the patio. (+ 30 square meters).
- Elias and Driss, these suites located at the second floor can accommodate up to 4 people. There are equipped with two double beds. Both of them have a private terrace overlooking the medina. (+ 30 square meters).
Every suite has a bathroom equipped with toiletries, bathrobes, towels and hair dryer, and is air-conditioned. Both of them also have a chimney.
Besides, the riad has terraces with an unobstructed view on the whole old medina. These terraces are equipped with 3 small relaxation lounges and deckchairs. You will be able to have lunch or dinner depending on the weather forecast.
Two lounges are in the patio : a smoking lounge and a library lounge equipped with a wine bar. You will be able to have lunch or dinner, or savour local and foreign vintages. The restaurant is useable for everybody even if you do not stay at the riad. Cookery lessons are organized once or twice a month.
Treatments are also offered. So the riad has a massage room, a hammam and a splash pool. Treatments with “Ghassoul” and African black soap, massages with Argan oil.
Newspapers, weekly newspapers and magazines are for guest use.
Children and babies are accepted in the riad.
Small animals are accepted in the riad.
The rates are in 120 € per suite for 2 people.
20 € for one more person.
The touristic tax is in 3 € per person and per night.

| A splendid, beautiful riad with a welcoming and supportive staff. We dined in the riad two nights and the ambiance and food were first rate. Highly recommended. | ||

| Regret important au vu du standing, notre chambre donnait sur la rue, et c'est très bruyant, difficile de s'endormir avant 1h du matin, entre les passants et les chiens qui aboient, et réveillés à 7 h lorsque les enfants prennent le chemin de l'école !!!! c'est regrettable car le riad les Oudayas est magnifique. Le petit déjeuner comparé à la maison d'hôtes de Chefchaouen nous a semblé "léger", c'est à dire sans recherche. | ||
