Tasas turísticas (normalmente no incluidas en el importe de la habitación).
Los riads marroquís deben cobrar dos tipos de tasas a sus clientes :
- Tasa de promoción turística : el importe de esta tasa depende de la categoría de la propiedad, entre 8 y 11 dirhams por persona y por noche. Esta tasa es cobrada por los riads e integralmente devuelta a la Oficina de Turismo de Marruecos.
Tasa de la ciudad : como los hoteles y restaurantes, los riads tienen ahora que colectar también la “tasa de la ciudad”. El importe de esta tasa es de 15 dirhams por persona (mayor que 12 años) y por noche.

Dar Vedra is an 18th century riyad, entirely restored in 2005 with ancestral methods and in the respect of Arabic Andalusia architecture; it will fulfil all your expectations as far as comfort is concern.
Located in the Medina of Marrakech, the house offers seven air conditioned bedrooms, around two bosky patios, one with a small heated pool, a living room with fire place, satellite TV, stereo CD player and a dining room.
The interior fully presents the spirit of the Moroccan traditions. In a harmony of clear colours, bejmat and tadelakt, contrast with the dark woodworks.
The 220 square meters terrace has a 360°view on Bab Doukkala mosque, the Koutoubia and the Atlas Mountains. It features: a dining area with barbecue and a solarium with long chairs and shower.
We are at your disposal to make your stay unforgettable in a unique environment. We are here to help you if you need information about your visits or for shopping. On demand you may have a massage or body care in our special massage room.
Rachida our cook is here to prepare you: tagines, briouates, couscous and all that has Moroccan cuisine rich in savour.
Because of the house's traditional architecture Dar Vedra is possibly dangerous for young children, besides, the pool has no attendant. Children are welcome on the simple understanding that parents accept full responsibility for their safety.

POLíTICA DE RESERVAS Y CANCELACIONES
Dar Vedra factura al cliente vía su tarjeta bancaria de los gastos de anulación como sigue:
- Si el cliente anula entre 30 días y 21 días antes de la llegada: el 25% de la totalidad de la estancia será tomado sobre la tarjeta bancaria del cliente por el establecimiento.
- Si el cliente anula entre 20 días y 11 días anteriores: el 50 % de la totalidad de la estancia será tomado sobre la tarjeta bancaria del cliente por el establecimiento
- Si el cliente anula entre 10 días y su día al punto: el 100 % de la totalidad de la estancia será tomado sobre la tarjeta bancaria del cliente por el establecimiento.
